While Jennifer Aniston recently celebrated her 48th birthday, her body hasn’t aged a day:

In a bikini in Los Cabos, she showed off a flawless figure. But she’s not the only one. Many other stars over 45 are also still stunning on the beach.

The weight of years? These stars don’t seem to care. Like Jennifer Aniston, who just celebrated her birthday in Los Cabos, Mexico, with her husband, Justin Theroux, and several friends, including Courteney Cox. Seeing her in a bikini by the pool of the villa she rented, it’s hard to believe the former Friends star just turned 48! Still as slim and slender as ever, with a flat stomach devoid of even the slightest bulge, the actress could easily hold her own against 25-year-olds.

But there are no secrets: achieving such a figure when you’re approaching fifty (and even before!) takes work. There’s no escaping a supervised diet and almost daily workouts. “I have a personal trainer, a wonderful woman, with whom I do yoga and spinning classes,” Jennifer confided last year in an interview with the website Well And Good. “In the morning, we do spinning for an hour and a half and then forty minutes of yoga. It’s quite intense.”

But that’s not all: “Afterwards, I go to the gym, where I do stretching, or use the treadmill or the elliptical trainer.” It’s certainly very effective (but let’s admit that it would be difficult to fit this amount of training into a normal schedule).

Others, like actress Heather Graham, 47, a fervent devotee of yoga and Pilates, have completely eliminated sugar, flour, dairy products, and alcohol from their diets. A true asceticism! Elle Macpherson, the 52-year-old former Australian supermodel nicknamed “The Body” throughout her career for her exceptional figure, relies entirely on an alkaline diet, meaning she takes care not to increase her body’s acidity, which is believed to accelerate aging.

She has even turned this into a business by selling drinks and powders to mix. As for Estelle Lefébure, still stunning at 50, she has shared her beauty, wellness, and anti-aging secrets—what she calls her Orahe method—in two books (one of which has just been translated into English).

For her part, Elizabeth Hurley, actress and Hugh Grant’s ex, who swears by vegetable juices and detox diets, has launched a swimsuit line for which, at 51, she still models two-piece suits.

But the most impressive is undoubtedly Jane Seymour: at 66, the actress still boasts an impeccable figure and rock-hard abs. “I think I look better now than when I was a Bond girl,” the very athletic actress even joked.
